curd / plain yogurt - 1cup
Onion - 1small
Green chilly - 1
Salt - 1/2 tsp
water - as required (about 1/4 cup)
- Finely chop oinion , green chilly .
- Take curd in bowl , add chopped onion , green chilly , salt mix well .
- If curd is too thick , add little water to make it thin .
- Add water to you desired consitecy .
- Can add othet veggies like tomato , cucumber , caroot (finey chop )
