Dried Turmeric root .
Coriander seeds .
Fenugreek seeds .
Caster oil (aamudam )
- Crush the dried turmeric roots (these are like hard stones , crushing requires lot of energy)
- Dry roast all the coriander seeds , jeera , frugreek seeds saperately .
- Dry roast curry leaves .
- Ground all to fine powder .( it is done in mills only )
- In a big pestle crush the garlic by adding salt .
- Now combine the gounded powder , crushed garlic and caster oil well .
- Store it in clean and dry containers that has tight lit .
- This will store up to one year .
